IMDPA Board of Directors
The IMDPA Board of Directors manages and controls the business affairs of the Association and consists of not less than twelve (12) nor more than thirty-five (35) members, as may be determined from time to time by the Board, and which shall be elected each year at the annual meeting of members. Only members of the Association in good standing shall be eligible to be members of the Board of Directors.
